- Analyze and evaluate current IT infrastructure systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and present proposals for IT infrastructure enhancements and upgrades.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
- Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for IT infrastructure projects.
- Create detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
- Support project management efforts by tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT infrastructure and business analysis.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components including networks, servers, storage, and cloud computing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.Preferred Skills:- Experience with specific IT infrastructure technologies relevant to the organization's environment (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft Azure, AWS).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Certification in business analysis or IT infrastructure-related fields (e.g., CBAP, ITIL).
