- Demonstrated, relevant experience leading large and complex projects and servant leadership.
- Demonstrated high customer service and service recovery skills.
- Demonstrated exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated success working in a matrixed work environment.
- Previous LIS experience preferred.
- Provides oversight, planning, consultation, coordination and optimization of the Epic Beaker application and ancillary applications that support Beaker.
- Manages operations of department
- Ensures standards of quality and service are provided in accordance with organizational goals and priorities.
- Develops, analyzes, and manages capital and operating budget within agreed upon standards
- Assumes responsibility for personnel related duties that include interviewing, disciplinary actions, payroll reporting, scheduling paid leave, and enforcing requires rules and regulations.
- Monitors employee performance and ensures timely communications for the purpose of goal setting, performance evaluations, wages increase and continued personal actions.
- Applies strong knowledge of healthcare operations, proven communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and management skills to guide optimization that promote patient safety and create workflow efficiencies for end users across Carle Health.
- Serve as the point of escalation for any issues related to requests across the enterprise, researching and resolving day-to-day issues related to Epic or other Clinical Ancillary System applications and processes.
- Manage project portfolio.
- Direct implementation of new ancillary applications and/or integrations for Carle or community partners.
- Work closely with other Epic leaders to drive performance improvement and innovation.
- Foster and support team member professional development.
- Strive to develop and maintain highly engage team.
Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation range for this position is $62.09per hour - $106.79per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
