You won't be happy here.**Job Responsibilities· Greet guests and discern their automotive needs and goals.· Demonstrate products that meet those goals.· Test drive vehicles with our guests highlighting the features and benefits of each.· Present purchasing or leasing options in a candid, competent manner.· Facilitate the completion of all related paperwork.· Fully utilize customer relation and other related software to maintain close customer relations via phone, email, and any other means necessary to assure customer satisfaction.· Remain in contact with customer base to assure a good ownership experience and to expand the dealership customer base through repeat and referral business.· Prospect for additional business opportunities.· Satisfactorily complete all training programs and maintain required customer satisfaction indexes.BenefitsCompensation includes a base hourly wage supplemented by performance bonuses.
