As a Senior Systems Analyst - Technology Solutions, you will drive the design, creation, troubleshooting, configuration, validation, and documentation for technology solutions that support Lanter's operational needs.You will work closely with stakeholders to understand both new requirements and ongoing issues, then orchestrate effective solutions in close collaboration with both internal teams and external vendors.Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with both end users and technical teams to drive resolution to existing pain points and solutions for new operational needs
  • Establish mastery of existing Lanter operational and reporting systems to leverage them creatively for business objectives
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing systems
  • Work with vendors and IT teams to ensure the effective implementation of new clients, process changes, and new software solutions
  • Develop and document system requirements, workflows, data models, and process diagrams to guide development and implementation
  • Conduct system testing and support the QA process to ensure that systems meet business requirements and perform as expected
  • Create user documentation, training materials, and system guides to assist end-users in adopting and utilizing new systems effectively
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Support Analyst, or in a related IT role
  • Hands-on experience with system implementation, integration, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with databases, SQL, and system architecture design
  • Proficient in creating detailed technical documentation and user guides
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous logistics experience, especially in final mile or parcel delivery, a plus
  • Experience with TMS, WMS, and/or logistics scanning platform
  • Experience with data warehousing technologies, especially the Azure stack
  • Knowledge of programming languages and scripting
