Learn more about our in our .Project Overview:selected Bechtel as their partner to support their efforts to increase global access to liquefied natural gas (LNG) and help meet the growing demand for this cleaner, more reliable, and flexible energy source.Bechtel helped Cheniere develop the U.S.'s first greenfield LNG export facility in fifty years, the . LNG is safely and securely sent overseas from the facility's location on the Texas Gulf Coast. This location is situated near some of the most prolific natural gas producing regions in the country and connected to the U.S. natural gas pipeline network.Beyond this project, Cheniere and Bechtel have worked together for almost two decades. To date, we have completed nine LNG trains between Cheniere's two Gulf Coast facilities. All nine trains were completed ahead of schedule and within project budgets. With the Stage 3 expansion underway, up to seven additional LNG trains are in the EPC phase to support the growing demand for natural gas around the world. The first train of Stage 3 reached substantial completion in March 2025.Job Summary:In this role, you will support project recruiting, screening, and processing efforts for a manual craft professional workforce. You will assist with document preparation, employment verifications, background submittals, pre-employment processing, and updating employee data in the HRIS system. Your efforts and attention to detail will contribute to ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring process.Major Responsibilities:Level 1
  • Supports recruiting efforts of the required manual workforce craft professional workforce as needed
  • Assists with the preparation and submission of required documentation for government, labor and immigration offices and/or client project requirements
  • Performs work authorization checks I-9, employment verifications, background submittals and pre-employment processing as needed
  • Maintains and updates employee data in the Craft HRIS system, accreditation systems, and/or in physical employee files
  • Compiles and submits employee information required for accreditation, audits, or other administrative reasons
Level 2
  • Supports recruiting, screening, and in processing efforts of the required manual workforce craft professional workforce as needed

Education and Experience Requirements:Level 1
  • Requires a University Hire with less than 1 year of experience or 4-5 years of relevant work experience​

  • Requires a University Hire with 1-2 years of experience or 5-6 years of relevant work experience​
