- Assist in cardiac catheterization procedures, maintaining sterile technique
- Prepare and manage surgical instruments and equipment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

- Monitor and maintain inventory of surgical supplies
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an approved Surgical Technology Program
- Current certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
- Registration eligibility with VA Department of Health Professions
- Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification
- Military service members may qualify through documented surgical tech training
- Previous Cardiac Catheterization Lab experience
