If this sounds like you, apply today!Responsibilities:· Oversee and lead a district of multiple salon locations· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas of opportunity for improvement· Lead and motivate the salon leadership team and employee· Provide guidance and support to salon managers to help them achieve their goals· Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives
Manage profit and loss for the district, to ensure financial targets are met
