- Develop and manage detailed operational plans to support the Kids initiatives.
- Manage department-wide logistics including booking travel, scheduling events, arranging accommodations, and securing venues.
- Maintain systems for tracking team calendars, project timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with producers, creatives, and vendors to align operations with strategic goals.
- Manage departmental budgets in collaboration with the Director of K-LOVE Kids.
- Track expenditures, generate financial reports, and ensure projects stay within approved budgets.
- Work with finance teams to process invoices, payments, and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate contracting processes with providers, including legal and finance approvals.
- Serve as point of contact for external vendors, partners, and sponsors regarding operational matters.
- Oversee the management and execution of all partnerships and sponsorships to ensure alignment with the Kids Initiative goals, brand integrity, and contractual obligations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and sponsors, ensuring ongoing engagement and mutual value.
- Support internal communication and workflow across teams including media production, marketing, live events, and merchandise.
- Establish and improve operational processes, tools, and documentation to increase efficiency.
- Support the Director of K-LOVE Kids with strategic planning, administrative tasks, and cross-functional collaboration with the NextGen department.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute travel for team members, talent, and families involved in K-LOVE Kids events and recordings.
- Oversee logistics in coordination with the Director of K-LOVE Kids for live events, video shoots, and special projects to ensure smooth execution from an operational perspective.
- Champion team culture by coordinating key milestones, celebrations, and team-building activities.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or administrative leadership.
- Experience managing budgets, contracts, and logistics in a media or ministry environment strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing partnerships and sponsorships, including relationship management, and fulfillment of obligations.
- Familiarity with faith-based programming or nonprofit operations a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and streamline operational processes.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/ministry relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
