About the RoleWe’re a local hydraulics manufacturer looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. You’ll work with CNC mills and lathes producing hydraulic components such as manifolds, fittings, and valve bodies. This role is hands-on, detail-driven, and ideal for someone who takes pride in precision machining.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC lathes and mills (Fanuc/Haas)Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and job travelersMachine hydraulic ports and threads (NPT, BSPP, SAE, ISO standards)Hold tight tolerances up to ±0.0005 on critical partsPerform first article and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and bore gaugesAdjust tooling offsets, troubleshoot issues, and maintain part qualityKeep machines and work area clean, safe, and production-readyRequirements3+ years of CNC machining experienceStrong setup skills and comfort making program edits at the machineProficiency with steel, aluminum, and ductile ironSolid metrology and inspection skillsReliable, safety-focused, and able to work independentlyYou should be proficient in:
