- Facilitate timely and accurate communication between OCC, flight crews, and ground handling teams.
- Confirm and verify all flight details in GV, including slots, permits, FPL filings, and flight packages.
- Monitor and maintain the daily tactical flight log, providing real-time updates on flight statuses.
- Respond promptly to operational irregularities, delays, or deviations, coordinating with relevant teams and authorities.
- Ensure crew acknowledgments, conduct wake-up calls, and coordinate crew and aircraft readiness for scheduled flights.
- Monitor weather conditions, air traffic restrictions, and other factors that may impact flight operations, raising alerts when necessary.
- Manage ground arrangements, permits, and other tactical tasks essential for smooth flight execution.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Aviation Operations, including Flight Operations, Ground Operations/Trip Planning, or Crew and Aircraft Scheduling.
- Proficiency in aviation systems, MS Office Suite, and relevant ground and flight operations software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively liaise with crews, ground handlers, airports, and authorities.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to analyze operational data and respond proactively to irregular operations or delays.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overnight, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong team player with a proactive, service-oriented approach and a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with a course of study/major in business, aviation, or operations management; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Flight Dispatch License, Commercial Pilot License, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with international flight operations and understanding of global aviation regulations.
- Knowledge of ATFM restrictions, weather monitoring, and emergency response procedures.
