Sustainability matters to us, and through our unique Friend2Farmer initiative we invest in life-enriching projects that promote education, health, sustainability, and economic growth for coffee farming communities.The OpportunityWe are seeking an uplifting, innovative and passionate barista to contribute to the success of our flagship coffee house, located in Easton Town Center.Qualifications:
 3+ years' experience in the food or beverage industry
 Specialty coffee lover
 Self-motivated and Independent
 Outstanding customer service skills
 Able to lift 40 lbs / Work physically active shifts, largely standing / moving to serve guests
 Goal-oriented and thrives in a team settingResponsibilities:
 Knowledgeable about coffee, tea and drink preparation and industry trends
 Deliver outstanding customer service and enthusiasm about specialty coffee & tea
 Deliver innovative and signature beverages to company standard
 Executes and upholds company systems and processes  Implements company initiatives to drive sales through delivery of exceptional products and experiences  Creates and maintains a clean, safe and welcoming environment for customers and teammates
