This prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Circana.Learn more at .What will you be doing?We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engagement Manager to lead the deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions across a broad range of clients in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), General Merchandise, and Retail industries. The ideal candidate will have a background in consulting, with a proven track record of managing technology deployments and delivering exceptional results. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior client leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring that the deployment team meets the established goals and objectives, and helping each client prepare for and manage the necessary change within their organization to deliver the expected business value. You will need a deep understanding of the AI solutions you’re deploying and the unique aspects of the client’s industry and organization to ensure a successful deployment.Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
  • Lead and manage the cross-functional deployment team responsible for the delivery of AI solutions at each client, ensuring alignment to the client objectives and effective execution of project deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and strategic planning sessions to understand client requirements and challenges as it relates to the deployment of the AI solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on best practices for deployment, including AI technology integration, process improvement, and change management.
  • Oversee the deployment lifecycle, from initial sale through the success deployment of the AI solutions as well as the transition to on-going post-deployment support.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and client stakeholders to communicate deployment progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment between Circana’s and the client’s goals.
  • When necessary, leverage deep expertise on AI and Circana AI solutions to advise clients on best deployment practices.
  • Advise and guide clients through adoption using change management principles.
  • Manage deployment timelines, solution revenue, and resource allocation effectively, including establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), to ensure the deployment is completed on time and within scope with the ability to demonstrate the AI solution impact.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation with a focus on scale across the deployment team.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Engagement Manager or in a similar managerial role within a consulting environment.
  • Extensive experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), General Merchandise, and/or Retail industries with a deep understanding of the Market Research industry.
  • Strong passion for AI overall and a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business settings.
  • Proven track record of leading successful technology deployments, with a preference for those centered on AI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-skills, with the ability to be creative and nimble when warranted as well the ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly and succinctly.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing diverse and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders as well as the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field preferred.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $250,000 to $300,000.This job is also eligible for bonus pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.The anticipated application deadline for this position is 10/20/2025.
