  • Salary based on experience, transitioning to 100% commission once minimum is met. Expectation to move to commission-based within 24 months.
  • Preferred experience in the corrugated box industry, specifically in capital equipment sales.
Responsibilities:
  • Adapt to market dynamics and business trends for long-term commercial strategies
  • Utilize internal resources to understand market trends and competition
  • Adjust pricing strategies to enhance collaboration within accounts
  • Develop account growth plans aligning with market trends and customer needs
  • Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Monitor profitability against budgeted targets and review financial summaries
  • Negotiate multi-year contracts and manage contractual relationships
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of corrugated sales experience with capital equipment knowledge
  • 2-3 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
  • Strong presentation skills for internal and external audiences
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com
