We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong financial Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to join our Enterprise team. This individual will play a key role in managing and forecasting the Enterprise P&L, serving as a strategic partner to the sales team and senior leadership.The ideal candidate will bring deep financial acumen, strong modeling skills, and a hands-on approach to data managementWhat You’ll Do:Own end-to-end forecasting for the Enterprise P&L, including revenue, COGS, and OPEXPartner directly with the sales team to model bookings, revenue conversion, and pipeline trendsManage expense forecasts, headcount planning, and variance analysisDevelop and maintain cash flow forecasts with scenario planningPrepare board- and executive-level financial reporting with clear narratives and insightsDrive data integrity and accuracy within Adaptive and Excel-based modelsWork closely with accounting, RevOps, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial dataWhat We’re Looking For:US CitizenHybrid Westminster, CO Office3–5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within a high-growth, data-driven companyStrong command of financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysisDeep proficiency with Adaptive Insights and ExcelExperience supporting or partnering with a GTM or sales teamHighly detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skillsComfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving prioritiesPassion for using financial insights to drive business performanceWhy join us?
