As a Fin & Tonic Host or Hostess, you will be the very first smile our guests see! You'll be coordinating with other FOH Staff to ensure all guests of Fin & Tonic are receiving a 5-Star Experience. * Greet every guest with a smile and welcome them to Fin & Tonic!
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
  • Monitor and manage the guest waiting & reservations list and available seating, ensuring you can accurately estimate wait times for new guests as they come in.
  • Regularly check the queue of reservations to ensure tables are held or released accordingly.
  • Answer incoming calls with impeccable phone etiquette.
  • Know the menu and specials so you can answer questions as necessary.
  • Escort guests to their seats and inform them of their Server's name.
  • Assist wait staff as needed.
  • Make contact with guests as they leave, thank them for choosing Fin & Tonic!
Candidates must be available to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends and/or holidays.
