The Executive Assistant will manage and maintain high-volume calendars for executives on a consistent basis. This position will maintain office operations for four executives in accordance with company policies and corporate objectives.

The Executive Assistant is an extension of the leadership team members that this position supports, acting like a liaison between the executives and the organization. This position must be a representation of the organization’s mission, vision and values. The position must also understand and work within the organization’s structure, operations and goals.
The Executive Assistant will organize and prepare documents and reports, as requested. This position will coordinate and arrange travel plans to include scheduling airfare as well as overnight accommodations and ground transportation. This position will prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
A Key responsibility of the Executive Assistant is to manage and prioritize multiple calendars at once. This position will develop, organize, and maintain filing and follow up systems that meet the department/division objectives.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics:
6+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, experience supporting VP level and above, highly preferred
Highly proficient in MS Office Suite
Advanced experience using travel and expense systems
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Hardworking, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization, tailoring communication with ease to best connect with a target audience
