- Clearly articulating the benefits of our partner’s mobile connectivity and the cost benefits associated
- Achieving and exceeding daily and weekly sales targets
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge regarding all mobile service offerings
- Accurately completing all sales documentation and reports
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Actively participating in training sessions and team meetings alongside other Mobile Services Sales Agents
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecom or mobile services
- Strong persuasive and communication skills
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
- High level of energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
