- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data, reporting, and governance transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment to enterprise goals and timelines.
- Manage program milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring visibility and proactive resolution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, facilitating decision-making and maintaining accountability.
- Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards to track program progress, benefits realization, and overall transformation success.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand and translate data governance, reporting, and analytics requirements into actionable project plans.
- Support the adoption of standardized data governance frameworks, metadata management, and reporting processes without being the technical SME.
- Partner with business units to ensure new reporting and governance solutions are scalable, automated, and aligned with business needs.
- Serve as a liaison between business leaders and IT, ensuring priorities are clear and expectations are managed.
- Lead workshops, steering committees, and working sessions to drive alignment and stakeholder buy-in.
- Coordinate training and communications to enable adoption of new data and reporting solutions.
- 3+ years in program or project management, preferably within a consulting or enterprise transformation environment.
- Experience managing data, analytics, or reporting-related projects (exposure to data governance frameworks is a plus).
- Strong skills in program governance, executive reporting, and risk/issue management.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence without direct authority.
- Familiarity with ERP, procurement, or reporting tools (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, Ariba, ICERTIS, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) preferred.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Lead high-visibility programs impacting data, reporting, and governance across the enterprise.
