- Provide a welcoming and professional environment for all customers visiting the showroom or contacting the company by phone or email.
- Assist clients with product inquiries, order status updates, after-sale service requests, and general support to ensure a positive experience.
- Manage administrative tasks such as processing invoices, maintaining accurate customer records, and preparing daily reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers between customer inquiries, purchase transactions, and post-sale support.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to track orders, confirm deliveries, manage returns, and resolve logistics issues.
- Demonstrate respect, courtesy, and professionalism in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and business partners.
- Respond promptly to customer concerns, complaints, or service issues, escalating to management when necessary.
- Support promotional activities, events, and marketing initiatives within the showroom environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area.
- Uphold company standards by consistently providing exceptional customer service and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
- Minimum two years of front desk/service represnetative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fast learner
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
