Summary:Assists the Patient Relations Manager and functions in a patient/hospital/staff liaison role, with a goal of improved communications and complaint resolution.Supports Patient Relations department in various capacities as needed to improve patient satisfaction.Position Responsibilities:
  • Acts as communication liaison between patient, family, staff and surgeons.
  • Resolves complaints in an efficient and timely manner with support from Patient Representative and/or Manager as needed.
  • Documents complaints, resolutions, and feedback through formalized process.
  • Alerts Patient Relations Manager of potential ethical issues.
  • Supports the rights of each patient.
  • Investigates and retrieves missing patient belongings.
  • Assist with ADA needs.
