We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in consumer banking to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in banking systems architecture, application modernization, cloud transformation, and stakeholder engagement.Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex banking applications.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Develop architecture blueprints, technical designs, and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Provide architectural governance throughout the SDLC, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
Guide development teams on integration patterns, cloud best practices, and security controls.
Participate in RFPs, solution evaluations, and vendor assessments for technology selection.
Support digital transformation initiatives including mobile banking, API development, and omnichannel experiences.
Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of banking systems.Required Skills and Experience:
10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture with at least 5 years in consumer banking domain.
Strong understanding of core banking systems, digital channels, loan origination, payments, and CRM platforms.
Proven experience with solution design, microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and DevOps pipelines.
Expertise in API management, integration frameworks, data architecture, and security design.
Experience with architecture modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, TOGAF, UML).
Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards (PCI-DSS, SOX, etc.).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:
TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification.
Experience working with financial institutions or top-tier consulting firms.
