- Spanish helpful
- 4+ years of BOH kitchen experience with an emphasis on vegan/vegetarian cooking
- A culinary education is preferred but not required
- ServeSafe certified or can obtain certification within 90 days
- Ordering, receiving, and inventory
- Staff training and motivation
- Menu creation
- Follow written recipes and instructions
- Ability to taste and test all kinds of food (except in cases of documented food allergies)
- Must be able to work in a standing position
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift 50 lb
- Must have a clean and valid driver's license
- Comfortable driving a box truck (training provided)
- Managing 5-10 employees
