- Manage calendars, travel, meetings, and logistics for the Site Director and leadership team.
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and materials with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate and support special projects-think presentations, reports, strategic plans, and data analysis.
- Help maintain and update our SharePoint site and assist with reporting tasks.
- Support multiple ongoing activities, working independently or as part of a team.
- Keep things organized-maintain filing systems, track deadlines, and follow up on action items.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide guidance to junior administrative staff when needed.
- Stay curious-pursue opportunities to grow your skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience supporting multiple professionals in a fast-paced office environment.
- A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- U.S. Person status per ITAR regulations.
- Experience with SharePoint and/or MS Project.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A customer service mindset and a collaborative spirit.
