Gpac is partnering with a well established farming operation seeking a motivated and experienced Farm Manager to oversee daily operations with a strong emphasis on heavy equipment operation. This role will play a key part in ensuring efficient fieldwork, crop production, and equipment utilization. The ideal candidate has hands-on farm management experience, is skilled in operating and maintaining agricultural machinery, and can lead a team toward achieving operational goals.Responsibilities:Oversee daily farm operations including planting, cultivating, harvesting, and general farm maintenance.Operate and maintain a variety of heavy farm equipment such as tractors, combines, sprayers, and loaders.Train and supervise staff in safe and effective equipment operation.Schedule and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.Monitor crop health, soil conditions, and implement efficient farming practices.Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to meet production goals.Qualifications:Proven farm management or assistant management experience.Strong skills in operating and maintaining heavy agricultural equipment.Knowledge of modern farming practices, crop management, and safety regulations.Ability to lead, motivate, and train team members.Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.CDL or relevant equipment certifications a plus.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Health, dental, and retirement benefits.Opportunities for advancement and professional development.Supportive team environment within a growing operation.
