- Serve as the primary SME for Logile Workforce Management and Fresh Item Management systems.
- Provide strategic guidance on system capabilities, configuration, and best practices.
- Lead discovery sessions to align system functionality with operational needs and business goals.
- Coordinate planning and execution of system upgrades, enhancements, and module rollouts.
- Partner with IT, vendors, and business units to ensure readiness, testing, and successful deployment.
- Provide on-site support during major rollouts or transitions.
- Continuously optimize systems to improve performance and user experience.
- Advise on forecasting, production planning, shrink control, and inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with merchandising and operations to ensure alignment with store-level execution.
- Guide development and refinement of labor models and engineered labor standards.
- Analyze labor data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with business owners to define, document, and enhance workflows.
- Identify gaps and recommend system or process enhancements.
- Utilize tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Signavio for process mapping and visualization.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure system performance, adoption, and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement using data insights and stakeholder feedback.
- Key metrics include labor cost %, forecast accuracy, schedule compliance, shrink reduction, cycle time, and system utilization.
- Manage relationships with Logile, Oracle, and other technology vendors.
- Ensure service levels are met and escalate issues as needed.
- Facilitate communication between vendors, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Support development of training programs and change management strategies.
- Ensure users are informed and prepared for system changes and enhancements.
- Promote ongoing training and self-development to maintain system proficiency.
- Support IT projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion.
- Reporting and Compliance: Ensure all IT activities comply with industry standards and company policies. Provide regular reports on the utilization, areas of opportunity, and possible growth areas of the Oracle ERP system.
- Business Process Analysis: Conduct business process analyses and needs assessments to align information technology solutions with company initiatives.
- Requirements Documentation: Write and maintain functional specifications for new and modified business systems.
- System Solutions Delivery: Participate in the delivery of system solutions, including configuration, testing, deployment, and validation.
- Training: Assist with developing, preparing, and conducting training on computer hardware and software usage.
- Support: Provide support for production and development environments and on-call support after business hours as needed.
- Best Practices: Ensure adherence to industry best practices for developing and sustaining enterprise applications.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage and engage with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and system implementation.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand their specific technology needs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions, configurations, and user training guides
- Manage projects, including creating plans, monitoring activities, and communicating status to key stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- - 5+ years of experience in retail operations or business systems management.
- - 3+ years of experience as an SME or lead in Logile Workforce Management and/or Fresh Item Management systems.
- Strong understanding of retail labor models, scheduling practices, and fresh item operations.
- Proven experience in project coordination, system upgrades, and cross-functional leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement with measurable results.
- Experience in business process mapping and optimization using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Signavio.
- Familiarity with engineered labor standards and productivity modeling.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Experience as a business analyst or a related position with relevant large-scale enterprise application experience.
- Experience in retail grocery and/ or supply chain
- Experience with other retail systems (e.g., POS, ERP, HRIS).
- Familiarity with shrink reduction strategies and inventory control.
- Change management and training program development.
- Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.

- This position is headquartered in the Northgate Gonzalez Market Support Center. As such, this position is defined as full-time and on-site. Any remote work or work performed outside of the Support Center must be authorized by the Department’s Supervisor.
