Strong understanding of power electronics topologies and control
Review schematics, PCB designs, calculations, and simulations of power electronics convertersPerform verification and validation testing to ensure compliance with requirementsTroubleshoot and test power electronics systems using lab equipment (battery simulators, power supplies, E-loads, scopes)Analyze root causes of system issues and lead R&D activities independentlyProduce clear technical documentation and communicate complex concepts effectivelyQualificationsM.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field (preferred)Minimum 5 years experience in power electronics development and testingMinimum 5 years experience with strong hands-on troubleshooting and testing of power electronics systems, including lab equipment use (battery simulators, power supplies, E-loads, scopes, etc.)Minimum 5 years experience with strong technical writing and communication skills, able to convey complex concepts clearlySolid knowledge of power electronics fundamentalsFamiliarity with automotive requirementsAbility to meet deadlines and deliver quality workAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
