- In service of internal client, Head of On-Premise National Accounts, build and execute annual customer marketing plans for our top national accounts.
- Own the development and execution of national and UPDS on-premise initiatives that align with the annual customer marketing calendar.
- Develop strategies to leverage mason jar products for promotional activities aimed at driving incremental sales and enhancing brand visibility.

- Deliver RFP and programming for Key Account and approved sponsorship activations.
- Build e-commerce programming to drive sales with B2B and B2C platforms. (i.e. Provi, Beerline and Union)
- Deliver marketing programs for emerging brands and channels new to Lagunitas.
- Work with Sales, Creative and IT departments to ensure selling tool content for draft only beers is posted on DAM and CRM tool on-time.
- Oversee beer and brand content on BeerBoard.
- Ensure program timelines and projects with creative department on delivered on-time and in full.
- Manage a monthly budget, place PO and track accurately against plan.
- Foster positive and collaborative relationships between creative department, marketing and sales teams.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Ideal candidate has at least 3 - 5 year's work experience in the following: administrative, marketing, promotions, sales or creative agency.
- Ability to multi-task, demonstrate a sense of urgency and drive timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven focus and tenacious work ethic, with the drive, resolve, and urgency to do “whatever it takes” to accomplish specific goals.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excel in telling brand and programing stories in PowerPoint.
- Ideally craft beer and/or counter-culture lifestyle brand experience, as well as CPG
- Proven ability to think strategically, creatively, and executionally in developing marketing strategies, tactics and initiatives
- Demonstrated capacity to cultivate strong relationships within and outside the organization
- Love of dogs is optional, but tolerance of dogs is mandatory
- Reports to Director, Omni Channel Marketing
- Collaborates with cross functional marketing and sales partners to ensure consistent execution across every platform
- Typical office environment (by Lagunitas standards)
- Hybrid work policy: Required to be in the Petaluma office at least 3x per week in order to foster collaboration and serve as a culture carrier for the organization (Tuesday & Thursday mandatory)
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Travel approximately 20% per year.
