- Execute the "Land & Expand" Playbook: You will master our multi-pronged sales motion, leading with low-friction entry points (like a Retrospective BHI Opportunity Analysis) to land new accounts and then expertly navigating the organization to drive full-scale, high-ARR deployments.
- Drive the Acquisition of Our First 10 New Paying Customers: You will own the full sales cycle, targeting our Ideal Customer Profiles—Multi-Site Primary Care Operators (MSPCOs) and FQHCs—to build a foundational book of business.
- Forge C-Suite Relationships: You will effectively engage and build trust with a complex buying committee, including CIOs, CMIOs, CFOs, and VPs of Population Health, articulating a clear and compelling ROI for each stakeholder.
- Help Build the GTM Playbook: You will work directly with the co-founders to refine our sales process, messaging, and strategy based on real-world market feedback, creating the repeatable model for the company.
- Have a Proven Track Record and an Active Network in the US Market: You have 5+ years of experience as a top-performing hunter selling complex solutions specifically into the US healthcare market. Crucially, you have an established network of relationships within our Ideal Customer Profiles (Multi-Site Primary Care Operators and FQHCs) that you can leverage to create immediate pipeline.
- Are Intellectually Curious and a Rapid Learner: You have the horsepower to deeply understand the nuances of CPT code reimbursement, clinical workflows, and our multi-modal AI technology, and can articulate that complexity with elegant simplicity.
