- Drive in-store sales by actively engaging customers and recommending Verizon products and services that meet their needs.
- Follow up on phone leads and proactively call customers to create new opportunities and build lasting relationships.
- Own your success by creating your own sales strategies and maintaining accountability for your performance.
- Maintain a high level of customer experience ensuring each interaction is professional, informative, and memorable.
- Maximize sales through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying the right bundle of services for each customer.
- Handle all aspects of point-of-sale transactions and ensure store presentation is clean, organized, and inviting.
- Stay up to date on the latest wireless technology and promotions to stay competitive and knowledgeable.
- A motivated self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a sales-focused environment
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking confidently with new and existing customers
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships

- 1+ year of sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing or commission-based role
