
Battery Test and Validation Engineer

- Execute functional safety battery pack and vehicle testing.
- Operate and maintain battery testing equipment (e.g., cyclers, environmental chambers, data acquisition systems).
- Analyze test data and generate detailed reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Develop and implement new test methodologies and automation scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with software and systems engineering teams to provide feedback on performance and identify improvements.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all test data, procedures, and reports.
- Follow and enforce laboratory safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with batteries, Battery Management Systems (BMS), or Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) technologies.
- Knowledge of software and hardware validation testing.
- Experience with battery test equipment, LabVIEW, and data acquisition systems.
- Experience working with high-voltage systems.
- Familiarity with communication protocols (CAN-FD, CAN over Ethernet).
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
