This role requires a detail-oriented engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and is passionate about building high-quality software. We are looking for a driven team member with technical depth and a desire to deliver end products for our clients.Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust software components and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal product and business development teams to understand and implement client development needs.
  • Research and integrate new technologies to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices and maintainability.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative, and feedback-driven environment.
Qualifications
  • 10-15+ years of experience as a backend developer or engineer within FinTech or Technology.
  • Expert in leveraging C#/.NET (ASP.NET Core) to solve complex problems.
  • Strong understanding of Web Technologies, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
  • Experience working with relational databases.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Self-Starter with a strategic mindset to work independently while contributing to the team.
  • The following preferences are a plus:
  • Understanding financial products, especially structured products.
  • Experience with Python.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure or other cloud platforms.
  • Awareness of UI/UX best practices.
What We OfferThe base salary range for this role is $2oo,000 to $250,000 with a total compensation package (base + bonus) ranging between $250,000 to $375,000 based on experience. Valitana offers a competitive compensation package which includes a base salary and an annual performance bonus.
