This all starts with our greatest asset…our employees.What You Will Be Doing:The YES Warranty Coordinator responsibility is to review data related to claims including process and payment.Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provides effective and timely communication to both internal and external customers, providing relevant updates throughout the repair and warranty claim process.
  • Works closely with Service department(s), as well as manufacturer(s) to open and effectively manage warranty work orders and claims.
  • Accurately opens work orders including all related codes for internal and external work orders.
  • Ensures approval is given for all parts, labor and miscellaneous charges by the customer and/or manufacturer during the repair process.
  • Organize invoices, request and obtain required approvals, submit payment requests to Accounting
  • Arrange conference calls, scheduling meetings and document meeting minutes and decisions
  • Reviews and reconciles Field Service technician time.
  • Ensures service reports match repairs completed and covered before closing work orders.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
Who We Are Looking For:Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of customer service, relationship building, and/or sales experience.
  • 3-5 years of equipment parts/service experience preferred.
  • 1 year of warranty experience preferred.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
  • Good communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
