  • Thoroughly inspect all cleaned rooms to ensure that standard cleanliness and standard room set-up guidelines have been met
  • Communicate status of cleaned rooms to Housekeeping Supervisor once inspection standards have been met
  • Clean and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel lobby, hallways, public restrooms, and public areas of the hotel
  • Quickly respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner
  • Deliver housekeeping items to guest rooms upon request from the Front Desk or Supervisor
  • Deep cleaning in assigned areas of the hotel
  • Perform general cleaning tasks and Room Attendant duties as needed using standard hotel cleaning products to adhere to health standards
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks
  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 25lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
  • Must be able walk, stand and exert well placed mobility for up to eight (8) hours
  • Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
Qualified Candidates will possess the following:
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, and guests.
  • Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.
  • Able to work with little or no supervision.
  • Prior experience preferred.
  • Possess a positive attitude
  • Must be service oriented
  • Must be a team player
  • Flexible schedule - Willing and able to work shift duties that may include evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
