- Execute residential sales campaigns on behalf of Frontier Communications in an effort to drive sales, increase new customer acquisition, and promote their services and technology
- Engage directly with homeowners to present and recommend Frontier’s telecommunications services that meet real needs
- Build trust through open, honest conversations that focus on solutions—not just sales
- Execute effective sales and territory management strategies to generate a referral pipeline and increase customer acquisition
- Identify customer pain points and match them with tailored service options, focusing on Frontier’s quality products vs. pricing
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, conversations, and outcomes to stay organized and informed
- Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets and personal growth goals as determined by Senior Management and Client objectives
- Represent the company and Frontier Communications with professionalism, heart, and integrity in every interaction
