Project Manager role with a reputable general contractor that focuses on commercial construction projects. Responsible for all phases of the project while demonstrating leadership for the entire project management team. Collaborate efficiently with estimating and preconstruction teams.
  • Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
  • Assist in potential business development meetings and proposals
  • Lead from the front to establish a positive office culture
  • Creates and reviews project schedules
  • Partner with client from preconstruction phase through closeout
  • Develops relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors
  • Handle forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion
  • Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site
  • Travel is minimal

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with a general contractor
  • Bachelor's degree in construction field required
  • Experience leading and assisting on commercial construction projects
  • Positive attitude & able to effectively communicate

  • Exemplifies good leadership qualities and characteristics
  • Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors
  • Previous mentorship experience is a strong plus
