  • Collaborating with the core team to develop the ACM Innovation Strategy and define annual “Must Win” targets.
  • Designing, tracking, and driving Key Strategic Initiatives (KSIs) across ACM's Product Development (PD), Application Engineering (AE), and Innovation functions.
  • Leading the development and implementation of ACM's Open Innovation Strategy 2030.
  • Conducting strategic evaluations of merger & acquisition (M&A) opportunities and Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) targets in partnership with the core team.
  • Driving and executing high-impact strategic initiatives that elevate Innovation Excellence across ACM.
  • Organizing and facilitating ACM Innovation Leadership Team meetings to ensure alignment and momentum.
  • Developing and executing global innovation programs that contribute significantly to revenue growth and profitability.
What makes you a good fit
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a field such as program management, innovation, or strategy.
  • 10+ years of total work experience, with a strong track record in building and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Proven experience in program or project management; PMP certification is a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Strong collaboration and networking skills, with the ability to build relationships across global teams and functions.
  • High digital fluency, including comfort with AI tools and digital platforms to drive efficiency and innovation.

The salary range for this role is $150,000.00 - $180,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
