Are you a seasoned Commercial Construction Superintendent who thrives on the road and takes pride in delivering high-quality builds across the country? We're partnering with a leading general contractor to find top-tier superintendents who are ready to travel and lead projects from the ground up.
  • Oversee all on-site construction activities for commercial projects (retail, hospitality, office, etc.)
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery
  • Enforce safety protocols and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and vendors
  • Travel to various job sites across the U.S., typically on a rotational or project-based schedule

  • 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction
  • Proven track record of managing ground-up or large-scale renovation projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
