We are searching for a dedicated Marketing Contractor to support our Event Planning Team, focusing on executing marketing events that align with our strategic goals. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in event logistics, vendor coordination, and ensuring marketing activities adhere to compliance and brand standards. This role requires a blend of creativity and organizational skills to manage various event-related tasks, collaborate with internal teams, and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and partners for seamless event execution.
  • Support in managing event timelines, budgets, logistics, and creation of marketing materials.
  • Ensure marketing collateral complies with regulatory and brand standards through a thorough review process.
  • Maintain Salesforce campaigns with accurate updates and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure campaign goals are met and report on their success.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Industry Experience:
  • Prior experience in marketing or event planning is essential.
