Job DescriptionQuickly, accurately and professionally perform product testing. Areas of responsibility include all in-process labs, main labs, quality auditing and lab equipment maintenance.
Perform product testing as outlined in Kraft specifications.
Collect and enter data into Unilab.
Work with Quality Supervisors to ensure that all products meet Kraft specifications, which may include analyzing data trends and charting data.
Maintain laboratory systems including the configuration and set up of products into Unilab.
Maintain calibration program on all laboratory equipment.
Perform routine preventative maintenance on lab equipment performance, identify problems and recommend and/or implement technological changes to improve reliability.
Work with vendor support services in performing routine preventative, repair or predictive maintenance tasks on laboratory equipment.
Enter and track work order requests for Quality Department.
Support and perform microbiological tests and swabs as needed.
Support lab supply ordering and inventorying as needed.
Support scheduling and overtime coverage as needed.
Perform lab housekeeping duties.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
