Delivery Manager or IT Project Manager– IT & Technology Projects
We’re seeking a results-driven Delivery Manager to oversee multiple technology initiatives in an Agile environment. This role combines strategic planning, Agile project management, and team leadership to ensure successful project execution.What You’ll Do
?
Lead Agile Teams & Workflows
  • Oversee multiple Scrum teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and sprint execution.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor team performance with Agile KPIs such as velocity, burn-down, and burn-up charts.
  • Remove blockers and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure all project data is documented in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Drive Project Execution & Delivery
  • Manage multiple IT projects, from discovery through execution and delivery.
  • Coordinate resources across internal teams and vendors.
  • Maintain project timelines, budgets, and scope, identifying risks proactively.
  • Develop mitigation plans and keep leadership informed on progress.
  • Support UAT and oversee user training before deployment.
What You Bring
?? Experience & Technical Knowledge
  • 7+ years of IT project management, leading tech initiatives.
  • Experience with enterprise-level implementations (ERP, P2P, SCM, CRM).
  • 3+ years as a Scrum Master with Agile expertise (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
  • Ability to track team performance with Agile metrics.
  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) or similar platforms.
?? Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Certifications like PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe are a plus.
  • Consulting or technical experience is highly desirable.
