Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and build lasting relationships with customers
Schedule appointments and monitor customer satisfaction
Greet customers both in person and on the phone
Develop rapport with prospective buyers
Maintain and update vehicle listings on various online platforms
Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively
Complete transaction paperwork and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Respond to internet leads and set appointments
Assist with other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Call-center experience is preferred
Highly motivated and persistent
Strong computer and internet skills
Energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and phone skills
Honest work ethic and a desire to help others
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
High School Diploma or GED required
