- Partner with the General Manager to oversee all operational aspects across both properties
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of department heads and associates
- Ensure exceptional guest service is consistently delivered, monitored, and improved
- Oversee key projects including renovations, brand enhancements, and capital improvements
- Drive financial performance through budget oversight, cost control, and revenue generation
- Implement strategic plans and service initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor brand compliance and respond to internal audits to ensure continual improvement
- Collaborate with Sales, Events, and Marketing teams to position both hotels competitively
- Champion employee engagement and retention through transparent leadership and recognition
- Maintain strong relationships with community partners and local business networks
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence
- Experience managing a property with revenue of $20M
- 2+ years of Hotel Manager, AGM or Director/Leadership role or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of operations background
