- Coordinate logistics and administrative support for training courses.
- Lead the administration of the Mentoring and Onboarding Programs.
- Upload courses to the LMS, track attendance, and generate post-completion reports for participants and facilitators.
- Manage communications and follow-ups for global core and leadership development programs.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and external vendors to oversee participant engagement, communications, and certifications processes.
- Maintain the L&D team's SharePoint site and ensure digital files are organized and accessible.
- Create and maintain course banners within the LMS.
- Manage the Talent Development Teams Channel, keeping content is current and relevant.
- Support the administration of leadership and team effectiveness assessments.
- Create and manage surveys to evaluate training effectiveness and participant feedback.
- Create and monitor vendor purchase orders (PO's).
- Process and track invoices for program expenses.
- Cross-check PO's and invoices against budget to ensure accuracy and appropriate spend allocation.
- Coordinate Armour U programming schedules in partnership with regional and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Communications team to execute global course communication strategies.
- Partner with Inclusion & Belonging team and HRBPs to align programming with target audience needs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives as needed.
- Perform additional administrative tasks to support the Talent Development team.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, Learning & Development, or a related administrative role.
- Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration is a plus, SuccessFactors preferred.
- Strong administrative background preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills preferred.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Customer service mindset with a focus on delivering responsive, solution-oriented support to internal stakeholders and program participants.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

- Skilled at using data to uncover trends, solve problems, and support informed choices.
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, MD office.
- Work Schedule: 4 days per week in office, the remaining day working from home
