
2026 Intern: Operational Excellence Engineering (12 weeks, June 2026 start)

- Support the execution of Fit for Growth (F4G) projects, assisting with data gathering, documentation, and coordination across teams.
- Help track and report on the site’s waste reduction program, identifying opportunities for improvement and sharing findings with the OPEX team.
- Maintain and update HAPS tools to ensure accurate and consistent usage across departments, and assist with troubleshooting basic user issues.
- Provide peer-level training and support on the HAPS system, helping new users understand how to navigate and apply the tool in daily tasks.
- Assist in deploying digital systems like Solvace for collecting OEE loss data and improving Tier Meeting workflows, including setup and basic configuration.
- Pursuing a BS degree in Engineering
- Good Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel
- Must have an active student status
- Must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of, their employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of US work authorization
- Must be eligible to work onsite on a full-time basis during the internship duration (40 hours/week) and provide their own funding for relocation and commuting.
