Machine Repair Specialist

- Traveling to customer sites in PA, NY, and WV to install, troubleshoot, calibrate, repair, and maintain CNC machine tool equipment; occasional overnight stays may be necessary
- Supporting service calls for operator training, networking, preventative maintenance, and major assembly replacements
- Researching machine issues using manuals, technical documents, and resources
- Communicating effectively with customers about machine status and repair progress
- Taking ownership of and coordinating resolution of customer problems
- Participating in training sessions to stay informed about new technologies and products
- Providing machine maintenance training as part of post-sales support
- Performing other assigned duties
- Minimum 5 years of experience with CNC machines or related maintenance work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact positively with customers and colleagues
- Flexibility in dealing with work-related challenges
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Electro-mechanical skills development or experience preferred
- Familiarity with CNC controls, particularly Fanuc systems
- Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and provide own tools
