Examples include but are not limited to, business studies, leading plans through the program lifecycle, facilitating and integrating Business Unit strategies, and developing business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives.An ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, critical thinking skills, an extensive working network, and prior experience working cross-functionally across Boeing Functions and Teams.Position Responsibilities:Develops business goals and establishes infrastructure to achieve these goals.Leads employees performing business management activities in the area of Business Operations.Develops and implements organizational plans, policies and procedures.Guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives.Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements.Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.Monitors business unit work statement to support planning and executionManages employees performing business management activities in the area of Business Operations.Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.Ensures work statement compliance.Ensures consistent management system processes and tools are used. Manages, develops and motivates employees.This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
