
Desktop Support Analyst

- Troubleshoot PC issues for end-users including e-mail, office 365, printing, and PC hardware
- Set up Windows 11 on PCs using the corporate image
- Troubleshooting printer issues
- Basic Troubleshooting of network issues
- Function independently within a team-driven, fast-paced environment
- Ordering and Maintaining Stock Equipment
- Other Duties as Assigned
- Windows 10 and 11 experience including imaging of computers
- Experience in Office 365
- Basic troubleshooting of printer issues
- Experienced in the installation of PC software
- Ability to use Active Directory Users and Computers
- Ability to create understandable documentation for use by others
- Ability to lift 10 to 20 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple levels of the organization
- Possess effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy working with people
- CompTIA A+ certification
- One to two years of help desk/desktop support experience
- Experience with Power Shell
