BOOKKEEPER/ACCOUNTANT and OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR NEEDED / Part-time
*Flexible schedule any days M-F. Initially, “in office” hours required.
*Industrial real estate owner/operator on Cincinnati’s West Side needs part-time bookkeeper (or accountant).
*A/R and A/P functions, prep month activity for CPA’s closing plus office admin duties.
*Eventually, remote access available while maintaining some “in-office” hours.REQUIREMENTS
*College degree or accounting experience preferred.
*Experience with Sage50 preferred, QuickBooks acceptable, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) necessary.
*Maintain office files and office in organized manner.
*Accounting operations must be maintained timely, accurtaely along with other professional standards.
*Willingness to do various office task necessary to get collective job done, contribute in a positive manner.
*Dependability, honorability and trustworthiness are mandatory.PAY & BENEFITS
