- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
- Adhere to company and professional ethics governing the handling of confidential information and the observation of confidentiality.
- Effectively communicate with suppliers on deliveries and delivery status changes.
- Drive organizational improvements with suggested solutions for process improvements.
- Keep management abreast of schedule progress, developments and pending problems.
- Provide administrative support related to appointment scheduling tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth coordination of appointments.
- Optimize schedules to maximize productivity and minimize conflicts.
- Good analytical ability and problem-solving skills for complex problems - multiple variables.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good knowledge of computer applications and/or controlled systems.
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote team environment.
- Problem-solving skills to address scheduling conflicts and issues.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and tools.
- Results-oriented to ensure delivery of appropriate products and services in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion.
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline and a minimum of 3 years of scheduling experience on large-scale planning/scheduling, preferred.
