Compensation: Base Salary + Billable Hourly BonusAbout the RoleAre you a seasoned Epicor expert with a passion for helping businesses transform their operations? Our client is a fast-growing ERP consulting firm seeking a full-time Epicor Operations Consultant to join their team. This role offers a unique mix of remote flexibility and in-person client engagement (up to 75% travel) and is ideal for professionals with deep Epicor implementation experience and exceptional client-facing skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLead discovery sessions and Epicor process mapping with clients.Design and configure Epicor ERP systems to align with clients’ current and future-state processes.Create and deliver Business Process Reviews (BPRs) including documentation and presentations.Develop functional requirement documents and translate business needs into ERP solutions.Build, test, and implement fully functional Epicor systems including advanced modules.Guide clients through UAT, cutovers, and post-go-live support.Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training sessions.Provide demos and support sales/marketing initiatives as needed.Epicor Expertise RequiredAt least 5 full-cycle Epicor ERP implementations.Proven knowledge in:Quoting, Sales Orders, Job Management, Shipping, Purchasing & ReceivingMRP, Inventory Management, Advanced Production & SchedulingShop Floor MES and Handhelds (Kinetic Warehouse)DMT (Data Management Tool) for data migrationQuality Management and CRM modulesEngineering & BOM configuration across verticalsJob costing and Material Fulfillment processesPreferred/Optional SkillsProduct ConfiguratorBarTender label printing softwareUCC128/custom packing workflowsEDI experienceAssociation for Supply Chain Management (ASCM) CertificationCertifications & ExpectationsMust maintain quarterly certification on Epicor Operations, Technical Tools, and Configurator.Complete all PSA system documentation and time entries daily.Work closely with Project Managers and adhere to PMO standards for deliverables.Excellent communication, escalation, and stakeholder engagement skills are critical.Travel & Work AuthorizationMust be willing to travel up to 75% to client sites and industry conferences.Must have current U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship offered now or in the future).What You’ll GetCompetitive base salary + bonus based on billable hoursFlexible scheduling & collaborative team cultureHealth benefits, 401(k) with matching, PTO & sick timeHigh-growth company focused on your professional development
